Why we started Assiduous?
The Assiduous team has decades of experience supporting business owners and executives to finance and build businesses. However Assiduous has been inspired not by successes but by the many multiples more of business owners with inadequate support for whom traditional advisory is unsuitable, unaffordable, or inaccessible.
As Assiduous subscribers business owners will benefit from having their advisory team in their pocket, orchestrating corporate affairs, instituting strategic and financial plans, evaluating progress and adapting to market dynamics.

Meet the Founders
Fergal has spent more than 2 decades supporting business owners and executives in Ireland to build businesses by unlocking access to capital. He has worked with many of the leading publicly quoted and emerging growth companies on strategy, financing, and takeovers across industries. He’s a champion for the role the capital markets can play in sustainably financing aspiring growth companies, when suitably prepared.
An amateur endurance athlete, Fergal has developed the Assiduous algorithm by combining capital markets comprehension with endurance training philosophies. With a futurist mindset Fergal believes we will see a world where a much greater proportion of business owners are rewarded for their belief, focus and perseverance enabled by Assiduous software.
Barry has 10+ years of experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets providing advice on IPOs, follow on capital raises and public takeovers for Ireland's leading publicly listed companies. Barry is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2015.
